Intermediary Sales Support (ISS) receive inbound calls from Mortgage Intermediaries across the whole of the UK. Customers looking for a mortgage may choose a Mortgage Intermediary to help them achieve their goals. The role of an Intermediary is to search the mortgage market sourcing the best option for their customer, as well as submitting the application on their behalf. ISS strive to deliver first class service and products in order to gain their business. Applications received from Mortgage Intermediaries currently represent approximately 90% of all mortgage business submitted through the Coventry and Godiva Mortgages. ISS are looking for Advisors to help develop business opportunities, contributing towards the Societys continued success in the mortgage market. As an ISS advisor your role involves;

Receiving inbound calls from Mortgage Intermediaries assisting them with their enquiries.

Providing clear and accurate updates on mortgage applications.

Adhering to agreed service standards, turnaround times and maintaining expectations.

Demonstrating a good understanding of the Societys product range and lending criteria.

The ability to logically assess cases and make appropriate decisions.

Ensuring the achievement of personal targets including, quality, service and productivity measures. In order to be a success in the role you must be an effective communicator with the ability to offer a professional and efficient telephony service. You must be enthusiastic and confident working in a fast paced and challenging customer focused environment. In addition you must possess the following;

At least 12 months customer service experience working in a fast paced environment

GCSE Maths and English grades A C (or equivalent)

Evidence of working towards performance measures Our comprehensive training and development programme will provide you with the right tools to achieve the required service standards within this role. The department operates Monday to Friday

This is a permanent or contract position reporting to the NPI Engineering Manager. As Project Engineer you will be responsible for co-ordinating cradle to grave engineering activity within an automotive body in white welding environment. You will be expected to co-ordinate internal and external resource to achieve all project objectives and to manage/report status of cost, quality and timing for assigned projects. You must understand modern safety standards and ensure that contractors are designing new equipment in line with this and also that contractors are operating safely whilst on company premises. You will be responsible for tooling buy off, installation of press lines and automation assembly line. You will be responsible for taking project from drawing through to full production. Experience with Pressing and Automation Assembly essential. Apprenticeship trained or degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
