Customer Service Administrator

Rate: £ 12 to £ 15 K (contract/temp (per hour))

Customer Service Administrators required for a busy company.

You will be taking calls from customers and dealing with enquiries. These may include chasing orders and liaising with the distribution centre, as well as taking new orders from customers.

You must have excellent data entry skills to process orders on the in house database, and be able to undertake other administrative duties.

You will need to be available immediately on a temporary basis, with an opportunity to be taken on permanently after 3-12 months.
