At SMG, we specialize in delivering cost-effective marketing campaigns for our clients. We provide our clients with new, profitable customers on a daily basis through our direct marketing methods, whilst also helping our people achieve their personal career ambitions!

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join the team of client representatives in our Coventry location!

Daily responsibilities of a marketing assistant/ client representative include informative product workshops and in house presentations of our clients’ services to their target market. We meet with potential customers where they work, live, and shop to maximise our clients' exposure. You will also answer customer queries, breakdown budgets and spending allowances and evaluate the potential benefits to determine the service is right for each customer.

Full product training is available, so no specific degree nor related experience is required!

Advancement opportunities will be available to top performers and will be based on individual performance, not seniority. Customer service, retail sales, hospitality or similar experience are valuable because we target customers through face-to-face interaction. Applicants will be evaluated on their communication skills, professionalism, and work ethic since we operate in a performance driven industry.
