We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator based in Coventry. Established in 2001 and offering a tailor made Europe-wide logistics solution, express air freight, private charter, door-to-door distribution or reliable domestic delivery to clients worldwide. With the aim of offering service and reliability levels comparable with the best in the business but with a focus on a more personal approach emphasising customer satisfaction and regular client communications.
We are now looking for a Freight Forwarding Operator in Coventry. You will join a busy operations team in the very exciting 'Time Critical' sector. Responsibilities of a Freight Forwarding Operator involve quoting customers, organising the transport operations, despatching own vehicles or contractors.
You will monitor transports; updating and reporting back to customers delivering a faultless customer service. You must have Freight Forwarding experience gained in buying, selling and organising transport in road and or air freight to apply for this role. You will be enthusiastic and flexible as there is a rotational weekend worked 1 in every 4 or 5 week which an on call bonus is payable.
Benefits:
?24,000 Basic Salary (negotiable dependent upon experience.
On target commission earnings worth circa ?6000 per year
On call duties paid ?200 per weekend (1 out of every 4/5 weekends)
