Class 2 Tipper Driver

The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety. This is a temporary position.\n\nDuties\n\n * Safely operate a Class 2 (C) 8-wheeler tipper lorry in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies\n\n * Deliver materials to various sites, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs\n\n * Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.\n\n * Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations.\n\nQualifications\n\n * Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license with a clean driving record\n\n * Proven experience as 8 -Wheeler Tipper driver essential\n\n * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members\n\n * Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to tipper driving and material handling\n\n * Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability\n\n * No more than 6 points showing on license\n\n * No DD,DR & IN10 endorsements\n\nMon to Fri - start time 0630\n\nPAYE Pay rates\n\n£16ph - holidays accrued\n\n£17.93ph - holidays included\n\nThis role is ideal for driven individuals seeking a dynamic position within logistics and transportation sectors.
