Electrical Site Manager – Norwich | Long-Term Project | Potential Permanent Opportunity\n\nElectrical Site Manager Required – Major Commercial Project – Norwich\n\nAnglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical package on a major project in Norwich, commencing July 2026 and running through to 2027.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking contractor delivering high-profile projects across East Anglia. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and successful delivery of the electrical installation works.\n\nFor the right individual, this role could develop into a long term/ permanent position, as our client has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across Norfolk and is looking to build a reliable management team for future schemes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site\n\n * Supervise electrical subcontractors and direct labour\n\n * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards\n\n * Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings\n\n * Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other site teams\n\n * Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain site documentation\n\n * Manage labour resources and material deliveries\n\n * Report on project progress and resolve site issues efficiently\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager\n\n * Strong background delivering commercial, industrial or large-scale M&E projects\n\n * SMSTS Certificate\n\n * ECS/CSCS Card\n\n * First Aid at Work (preferred)\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * Ability to drive programmes and manage multiple stakeholders\n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\n * Long-term contract\n\n * Competitive rate of pay\n\n * Major project with significant responsibility\n\n * Opportunity to work with a respected contractor\n\n * Strong potential for future projects and permanent employment\n\n * Immediate interviews available\n\nThis position would suit an ambitious Electrical Site Manager looking to secure a long-term project while establishing themselves with a contractor that has a growing presence throughout Norfolk and East Anglia.\n\nApply today with your CV or contact Anglian Recruitment for a confidential discussion
