HSEQ Manager
Utilities Infrastructure
North West
Looking for a HSEQ role where you're genuinely trusted to lead?
Our client is a growing utilities infrastructure business delivering critical projects across the UK. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to appoint an experienced HSEQ Manager to take ownership of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management across the organisation.
This is not a role focused purely on compliance administration.
Instead, you'll become the recognised HSEQ lead within the business, trusted to investigate incidents, manage major client relationships, oversee accreditations, drive continual improvement and ensure the organisation remains compliant across an increasingly demanding regulatory landscape.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy, support and authority to make a genuine impact.
The Opportunity
This is a highly varied and fast-paced role operating within the utilities sector.
No two days are the same.
One day you may be leading a complex incident investigation and presenting your findings to a major utility client. The next, you could be managing insurance claims, producing project-specific RAMS, preparing for an external audit or supporting operational teams with critical compliance requirements.
The role requires somebody who can prioritise effectively, remain calm under pressure and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
