About the Role

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Innovation Partner delivering enterprise-scale Modern Work, Security, and AI transformation across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Purview, Entra ID, Defender XDR, and Power Platform

We’re looking for an M365 Technical Architect to act as the technical design authority for Modern Workplace solutions across complex enterprise environments. To define end-to-end architectures spanning collaboration, identity, security, compliance, and AI readiness, with a strong focus on Copilot enablement and Microsoft Purview-driven governance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and govern enterprise Microsoft 365 architectures (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Viva)
• Lead Copilot readiness and AI governance strategies across data, security, and content
• Architect Microsoft Purview solutions (DLP, labels, retention, eDiscovery, IRM)
• Design Zero Trust identity & security architecture using Entra ID and Defender XDR
• Define Power Platform governance and automation architecture
• Lead technical solution shaping for presales (RFPs, workshops, architecture design)
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure Microsoft cloud solutions

What you need:

• Strong Microsoft 365 enterprise architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Entra ID, Purview, and Zero Trust security
• Proven experience with Copilot readiness and AI governance
• Background in Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive architecture
• Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Graph integrations
• Strong presales / solution shaping capability
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments preferred
