New Truck Sales Executive\n\nBasic Salary: £35,000 basic plus bonuses OTE £70,000-£80,000.\n\nHours: Monday to Friday – Days – 40 hours\n\nLocation: Exeter\n\nBenefits\n\n * Company Vehicle & Business Mileage\n\n * KPI Bonuses\n\n * Access to a commitment bonus of £600 per annum as well as a company profit shared bonus paying roughly £750 per annum\n\n * 22 days annual leave plus the bank holidays.\n\n * Access to a company pension scheme\n\n * Full in-house and off-site manufacturer-approved training\n\n * Fantastic career prospects with an industry-leading brand\n\n * Life insurance and sometimes health/medical insurance schemes\n\n * Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing\n\n * Discount schemes\n\n * Full in-house and off-site manufacturer-approved training\n\n * Fantastic career prospects with an industry-leading brand\n\nObjectives\n\nIdentifying new business and looking after existing Truck customers\n\nAchieving set new sales targets in Truck product, including electric.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nEnsure that the sales prospect system is operated and that all prospects and clients are contacted and followed up and that a regular cycle of contact is maintained, and that all relevant information is added to CRM\n\nMonitor the progress of all sold orders to ensure that deadlines are met in respect of vehicle acquisition and preparation, that all necessary documentation has been prepared\n\nSupport new truck sales department with pricing and disposal of part exchange vehicles\n\nWork with marketing on new truck advertising on social media\n\nDisposal of ex demonstrators\n\nWork closely with manufacturer new department\n\nEnsure that credit references are undertaken on all customers obtaining finance approval for any variances to normal procedures and that customers are on the approved list and that credit terms have approval\n\nCalling on, welcoming and providing support personally to customers\n\nIntroducing customers to other customer support departments and continuously maintaining contact with these departments\n\nOrganising and carrying out test-drives and offers\n\nInvolvement in sales events/ride and drive type events/exhibitions\n\nOffering and selling accessories and service packages\n\nExplaining financing and leasing opportunities and insurances and concluding/arranging relevant contracts\n\nConcluding sales, negotiating terms (trade-ins, type and method of payment, method of vehicle transfer, etc.), if necessary obtaining agreements and drawing up the sales contract\n\nNegotiating conditions, taking own scope of responsibility and the company's interests into consideration\n\nKey Performance Measures\n\n * Achieving targets\n\n * Profitability\n\n * Up to date customer database\n\n * Accurate and punctual reports as required\n\nThe Successful Individual\n\n * You will have experience in a previous commercial vehicle sales role\n\n * You will be in a commutable distance\n\n * You will have a full UK driving licence\n\nPlease call Suzanne on (phone number removed) or submit your CV
